* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Early career professional with up to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
* Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
* Good communication skills with ability to interact across departments
* Basic understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes
