Join the thriving beauty and skincare retail scene in Dubai as a Beauty Advisor with Apparel Group. This customer-facing, full-time role offers the opportunity to represent global beauty brands, deliver tailored consultations, and build long-term client relationships. What You’ll Do
* Greet customers and offer personalized skincare and beauty consultations
* Demonstrate and apply makeup or skincare products, highlighting benefits and usage
* Stay updated on current trends and new product launches to give accurate advice
* Promote complementary items and encourage loyalty program sign-ups
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store KPIs
* Support store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional activities
* Handle payments and returns professionally following SOPs
* Maintain grooming standards aligned with the brand’s image and expectations
* Help organize in-store events, new product showcases, and beauty campaigns
* Foster customer relationships that drive repeat visits and brand loyalty
Ideal Profile
* Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or customer service
* Strong product knowledge in skincare and makeup with ability to explain features and recommend solutions
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
* A background in cosmetology or professional beauty training is a plus
* Enthusiastic, well-groomed, and able to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment
* Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holiday shifts
