Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Russian-speaking Beauty Advisor to join its team in Dubai. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through expert product recommendations, and ensuring effective merchandising and promotion of beauty products to maximize store performance.

What You’ll Do
• Recommend beauty products to customers, highlighting features, advantages, and benefits
• Assist customers in selecting products by brand, variant, and color preferences
• Use selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase average transaction value
• Monitor availability of GOBE products and ensure replenishment as needed
• Safeguard merchandise to prevent losses, damages, and pilferage
• Track and update product shelf life reports and replace expired items
• Ensure accurate pricing and display of products in line with planograms and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area
• Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints within set service standards
• Set up promotional displays using marketing materials to effectively communicate offers
• Update shelf and price tags promptly during price changes
• Complete MFP and PDP tasks on schedule
• Participate in Employee Engagement Survey (EES) action plans
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, punctuality, code of conduct, and grooming standards
Ideal Profile
• Russian language fluency is mandatory
• 2–4 years of experience in beauty retail
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, industry trends, and customer preferences
• Proficient in retail operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and POS systems
• Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
• Proactive team player with the ability to take initiative
