What You’ll Do
* Deliver strong sales results by achieving showroom and brand budgets while maintaining profitability targets
* Lead customer service excellence by ensuring high standards at all touchpoints and resolving complaints effectively
* Support marketing campaigns with effective merchandising, stock planning, and manpower allocation
* Manage
forecasting, sales monitoring, and corrective actions to meet monthly and yearly targets
* Oversee inventory, loss prevention, returns, and stock movements to protect company assets
* Ensure smooth store operations, adherence to policies, and cost control measures
* Lead, train, and develop staff through coaching, appraisals, and succession planning
* Monitor cashiering activities including daily reconciliations, deposits, and sales orders
* Conduct staff meetings and briefings to align performance with company goals
* Attend training workshops to maintain product and market knowledge
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
* 4–5 years’ proven experience as a store manager or boutique in-charge with a track record in sales growth
* Strong leadership skills with ability to train and develop teams
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Detail-oriented with a creative approach to merchandising and customer engagement
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
