- Achieve annual showroom and brand sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service

- Ensure high visibility for promotional campaigns and optimize in-store traffic conversion

Store Operations and Compliance

- Supervise POS activities, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and store operational audits
- Oversee inventory flow, stock movement, returns, and shrinkage controls
- Ensure showroom visual merchandising aligns with brand image and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor loss prevention policies and uphold operational standards across departments

Team Management and Leadership Development

- Motivate, guide, and evaluate the performance of a high-performing sales team
- Conduct regular coaching, appraisals, and individual development plans for all staff
- Oversee staffing schedules, leave planning, and compliance with attendance protocols
- Lead daily briefings and weekly meetings to reinforce business priorities and team alignment

Strategic Planning and Business Growth

- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager on forecasting, sales planning, and target achievement
- Review sales data regularly to adjust business strategies and identify areas for improvement
