Job Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead top-line performance, ensure full profit and loss accountability, and maintain consistent operational excellence across all stores in Dubai. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and Group Internal Audit guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales Performance and Profitability:
- Establish overall guidelines for margin optimization across product categories.
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies.
- Define store layouts and product assortments according to brand guidelines.
- Maintain operational excellence in visual merchandising, stock availability, and customer service.
- Train and develop store teams to achieve business plans and sales targets.

- Financial & Business Planning:
- Develop and execute the brand’s operational strategy to drive profitability.
- Construct, implement, and monitor budgets and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and profit protection.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Review and update standard operating procedures to meet business needs and Group Internal Audit requirements.
- Oversee internal audit reports, implement corrective actions, and support store managers in compliance efforts.

- People Management:
- Recruit and retain top-tier sales associates to drive performance.
- Collaborate with GM-HR to enhance employee engagement and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Coach and mentor store managers, fostering talent development and succession planning.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Lead by example, embodying the values of Al-Futtaim and Kiabi.

- Brand & Corporate Compliance:
- Promote corporate and brand values across all store operations.
- Ensure standardized processes and consistency in store operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, corporate governance policies, and legal requirements.
- Establish strong working relationships with brand principals and corporate leadership.
- Collaborate with the brand principal to resolve operational issues and align with commercial priorities.

- Business Growth & Expansion:
- Lead market entry and store expansion projects, ensuring brand and legal compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans for new territories.
- Set ambitious yet realistic sales and profitability targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to build high-performing teams.
- Implement succession planning for critical roles to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
