We are hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking functions across departments. Based in Dubai, this role involves managing dashboards, generating business insights, validating sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will generate timely business performance reports, support strategic forecasting, and assist in campaign evaluation. This role combines data validation, dashboard management, and transactional billing accuracy to help streamline reporting processes and support decision-making across departments.
Core Duties
* Generate daily, weekly,
and monthly performance reports across metrics like sales, supply, and customer activity
* Maintain business dashboards and assist with forecast planning, budget preparation, and annual reviews
* Manage and validate internal data sources to ensure accuracy for reporting and decision support
* Analyze data trends to support marketing campaigns and sales planning
* Monitor and support billing processes, including monthly sales validation and invoicing data
* Collaborate with data and analytics teams to automate reporting processes
* Provide ad-hoc reporting for leadership and business functions on demand
* Support data-driven planning across departments including marketing, operations, and finance
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, or data management
* Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms
* Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Certification in Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools is a plus
* Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
