* Deliver strong after-sales support, nurturing long-term client relationships
* Negotiate and close deals while adhering to company policies and industry guidelines
* Provide market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
* Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
* Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
* Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow within a performance-based culture
