Sharaf DG is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow its Energy division in the Dubai market. This role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline within the MEP supply and facilities management sectors. The ideal candidate will lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and contribute to strategic growth through effective client engagement and market analysis.

Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive for Sharaf DG Energy, you will manage the full lifecycle of B2B energy projects, including lead generation, BOQ understanding, vendor selection, proposal development, and contract negotiation. You will be responsible for driving awareness, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the MEP and FM sectors across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

* Create awareness of Sharaf DG Energy’s solutions in the MEP and FM sectors
* Develop and execute an annual business development plan with clear sales targets and timelines
* Manage a consistent client pipeline and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors and FM companies
* Lead full sales cycle: generate leads, analyze BOQs, select manufacturers/products, submit proposals, negotiate, and close deals
* Submit timely bids and respond to RFPs and client inquiries
* Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities and progress
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to refine business strategy
* Represent the company at relevant marketing and industry events

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the MEP supply sector
* Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
* Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and project lifecycle management
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Must be available to join immediately or within 30 days
