Business Process Intern – Sharaf DG – Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The Business Process Intern role at Sharaf DG Dubai supports documentation, analysis, and improvement of critical business processes across retail and corporate functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to process mapping, SOP documentation, and workflow optimization while working closely with business teams and subject matter experts.

* Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts to understand end-to-end processes through interviews and structured discussions
* Document standard operating procedures, workflows, and policies using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and automation
* Support ongoing process reviews and iterative updates to documentation
* Assist process improvement initiatives through data collection, research, and reporting on process performance metrics
Ideal Profile
* Six to twelve months of relevant experience in documenting business processes or policies through internships, coursework, or projects
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business administration, management, information systems, engineering, finance, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with process mapping software such as Microsoft Visio
* Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and structured thinking
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is an advantage
* Mandatory requirement of relative visa sponsorship
