The role combines cash desk responsibilities with shop-floor support, product knowledge, sales assistance, and stock-related activities within a fast-paced retail environment.
The Cashier will process authorized payment methods accurately, maintain required cash desk standards, assist customers with products and promotions, and support the wider store team in achieving sales targets. The position also contributes to stock availability, store opening and closing procedures, and awareness of potential security risks.

Cash Handling and Transactions
* Operate cash register systems and process customer purchases accurately.
* Receive payments using authorized payment methods.
* Issue receipts and bills for completed transactions.
* Maintain cash desk cleanliness, organization, and replenishment standards.
* Follow established procedures when handling sales transactions and payments.
* Complete assigned cash desk responsibilities efficiently throughout the trading day.
Customer Service and Sales
* Greet, assist, and serve customers professionally throughout their shopping experience.
* Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
* Escalate customer issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
* Maintain current knowledge of the product range and in-store promotions.
* Explain relevant products and promotional offers to customers to support sales.
* Contribute toward assigned sales targets while keeping customer needs at the center of each interaction.
* Support sales colleagues throughout the sales process when required.
Store and Stock Support
* Complete assigned store opening and closing checklist activities on time.
* Support stock deliveries and stock tracking activities.
* Assist with merchandise replenishment and product availability.
* Help maintain appropriate product displays across the store.
* Coordinate with store colleagues to support smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain awareness of stock-related responsibilities alongside cashier duties.
Security Awareness
* Remain alert to potential security risks within the store.
* Follow established company procedures relating to store and cash desk security.
* Escalate suspicious activity, risks, or security concerns through the appropriate channels.
* Maintain responsible handling of transactions and store property.
Requirements
* High School Certificate.
* 1-2 years of industry experience.
* Experience in a retail or luxury retail environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong customer service capabilities.
* Fluency in English.
* Ability to handle customer transactions accurately and professionally.
* Ability to support sales and stock-related store activities.
