Position: Cashier
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
Scan items and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Bag groceries or merchandise as needed.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Follow store policies and procedures for returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
