Center Senior Administrator - Retail Asset Operations

Position Overview

Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Center Senior Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of retail operations in its Asset Management unit in Dubai, UAE. This role ensures timely data reporting, document control, tenant communication, and compliance management for assigned shopping centres. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a background in mall or retail administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily sales data collection and ensure timely receipt of audited sales reports from all retailers within the assigned centre
* Facilitate training for tenants on the Sales Declaration System and forecast retailer performance based on sales trends
* Collect and validate key documents including trade licenses, insurance, and financial certificates in line with lease timelines
* Use the Tenant Portal for all tenant communications including memos, circulars, and compliance updates
* Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital), monitor access to secure documents, and track communication records
* Handle administrative tasks such as JDE training organization, office supply monitoring, and petty cash processing
* Coordinate calendar, meetings, emails, and internal communication on behalf of the Mall Manager
* Prepare periodic reports and meeting minutes, track action items, and contribute to the overall operational readiness of the center

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration, retail operations, or mall management (preferably in GCC)
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficient in reporting, document management, and use of ERP or tenant systems
* Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment to corporate values
