Key Responsibilities
* Develop sourcing strategies that align with business goals and ensure optimal stock availability
* Identify and onboard new suppliers while evaluating product quality and cost efficiency
* Manage tendering and RFQ processes to secure competitive commercial agreements
* Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to prevent shortages or excess stock
* Build strong supplier partnerships and expand sourcing networks through market analysis
* Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and cost control
* Conduct supplier audits and resolve quality issues to maintain product standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing needs with retail trends and operational requirements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
* 5–7 years of relevant experience, including exposure to retail or FMCG environments
* Strong commercial understanding with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
* Organized and structured approach to managing multiple priorities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment
