Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, and online platforms.
- Ensure customer service quality meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and client expectations.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, identify needs, and provide accurate solutions with professionalism.
- Guide customers through product selections, purchases, returns, and exchanges with a personalized approach.
- Identify and maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling luxury fashion products.
- Stay updated on brand offerings, product collections, and latest trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Adapt to evolving service requirements, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
- Bilingual fluency: Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills (oral and written).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a passion for engaging with customers.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week, including rotational shifts as required.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 1-2 weeks of offer acceptance.
