What Does a Customer Service Associate Do?
As a Customer Service Associate for Marks & Spencer, your primary responsibility is to drive retail sales while ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging and personalized shopping experience. You\'ll represent the brand in-store, maintain visual standards, assist at the cash wrap, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the store.
