Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join its Asset Management Business Unit. This role ensures the smooth daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk at one of Majid Al Futtaim’s leading malls. The position focuses on delivering a premium, seamless customer experience while maintaining operational excellence and upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk, ensuring compliance with all service procedures and standards.
* Provide customers with accurate information about mall amenities, store locations, promotions, and events.
* Manage inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency in line with service policies.
* Assist in executing the Gift Card program, ensuring accurate transaction handling and documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall facilities, store listings, and promotional activities to provide timely assistance.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
* Handle cash and payment transactions in compliance with financial procedures and security guidelines.
* Maintain a neat, welcoming, and organized Customer Service Desk area.
* Prepare reports and support the supervisor in daily operational tasks and record-keeping.
* Represent the Majid Al Futtaim brand by maintaining high grooming, etiquette, and professional standards.
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles within shopping malls, hospitality, or retail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage high footfall environments.
* Confident handling customer concerns tactfully and resolving issues quickly.
* Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
