Majid Al Futtaim Properties is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the customer service desk at one of its flagship shopping malls in Dubai. This position is key to delivering a seamless, professional, and memorable guest experience in alignment with the company’s premium retail standards and service philosophy.

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operations of the mall’s customer service information desk, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to all visitors
* Maintain detailed knowledge of mall layout, brand locations, promotions, amenities, and services to effectively guide and assist guests
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, both in person and via phone, in accordance with defined service standards and within established SLAs
* Coordinate the implementation of customer-facing programs, including the Gift Card platform, ensuring accurate handling of transactions and compliance with payment protocols
* Support promotional activities and mall events by distributing materials, assisting with logistics, and delivering updates to mall visitors
* Provide operational support to the Supervisor and Team Leader, following standard operating procedures to ensure service consistency and mall brand integrity
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent qualification
* At least 2 years of proven customer service experience in shopping malls, luxury retail, or hospitality settings within the GCC or internationally
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Positive attitude, courteous approach, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Well-groomed, professional appearance and commitment to delivering world-class service standards
