This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience by managing daily customer service operations, resolving complaints, maintaining high visual standards, and leading a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The position also includes overseeing specialized in-store services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista, ensuring these services reflect Al-Futtaim’s commitment to quality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
* Act as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
* Support the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth departmental workflow.
* Supervise and coach the customer service team to achieve service quality and performance targets.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all displays and ensure the store’s presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
* Handle cash management procedures including counting, balancing, and ensuring accurate transactions.
* Oversee and promote specialized retail services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista to enhance the customer experience.
* Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professionalism.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a retail customer service or supervisory role.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
* Proven experience in cash handling and adherence to financial policies.
* Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
* Attention to detail and passion for maintaining high store presentation and service standards.
* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
