Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, covering sales, merchandising, customer service, store finance, HR, logistics, and security.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining high service standards, acting as a role model, and setting customer-centric goals.
- Ensure optimal store standards and product displays in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager.
- Oversee stock availability, liaising with buyers and inventory teams to meet business and customer demands.
- Manage resource deployment, optimize costs, and ensure operational efficiency within budgetary constraints.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff, identifying top talent and implementing succession plans.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards and compliance.
- Conduct stock counts, develop loss prevention strategies, and monitor store expenses.
- Collaborate with regional and inventory teams to optimize stock replenishment and maintain product availability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of retail operations.
- Tertiary education or equivalent experience in retail management.
- 5-10 years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
