Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive sales in Dubai’s dynamic retail market. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving business objectives while upholding the brand’s reputation. You will act as Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance in line with company goals.

Core Duties
* Lead the store team in delivering superior customer service, ensuring brand standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to boost revenue.
* Collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Marketing teams to maximize sales potential and promotional effectiveness.
* Manage store operations during the Store Manager’s absence, resolving issues quickly to maintain seamless business performance.
* Implement sales promotions, events, and brand activities, ensuring clear communication with support teams.
* Maintain strict compliance with company policies to reduce stock loss, damage, and operational risks.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to enhance customer experience and business strategies.
Candidate Profile
* Diploma or High School Certificate; a qualification in retail management is an advantage.
* 4–5 years’ retail industry experience, with proven leadership skills.
* Strong management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
