Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
* MBA or professional certifications such as CPP, CFE, or risk-related credentials preferred
* 10+ years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit roles with at least 5 years in retail environments
* Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
