Role Summary
Al-Futtaim Group is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee backend operations for multiple ecommerce platforms across various brands and GCC markets. This role involves managing orders, ensuring smooth system integrations between SAP and Shopify, supporting merchandising activities, and enhancing operational efficiency through automation and data-driven reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
* Manage the complete ecommerce order lifecycle, including cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds across GCC markets.
* Monitor and resolve integration issues between SAP, Shopify, OMS, payment gateways, and 3PL systems, liaising with IT to maintain uptime and accuracy.
* Conduct daily quality checks to ensure optimal site functionality and checkout performance.
* Support online merchandising activities such as product sorting, homepage scheduling, and campaign preparation.
* Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
* Implement workflow automation using tools like Power Automate to streamline processes.
* Collaborate with content, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Participate in testing, upgrades, and system enhancement projects with technical teams.
Ideal Profile
* 2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce operations or platform management.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and SAP (Retail, MM, or SD modules).
* Knowledge of system integrations, API workflows, and ecommerce backend processes.
* Strong skills in BI reporting tools and basic data analysis.
* Experience in online merchandising and familiarity with automation tools.
* Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
