Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Oversee both online and offline sales operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes to maintain optimal product availability.
- Drive e-commerce initiatives and implement strategies to enhance digital sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ACE principals, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead budget planning, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, ensuring employee engagement, training, and leadership development.
- Oversee compliance with operational policies, including financial, safety, and legal standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service by implementing best practices and addressing customer feedback.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in retail operations, particularly in home improvement or hardware sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in e-commerce and omnichannel retail strategies.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Result-driven, highly motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
