What You’ll Do
* Provide professional and customer-friendly home planning services for furniture and furnishings
* Meet individual sales targets while contributing to store-wide goals and KPIs
* Prepare and coordinate orders with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and assembly processes
* Follow up with customers post-delivery to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Manage scheduling of appointments, deliveries, and assembly services to optimize workflow
* Monitor stock levels, advise customers on product availability, and recommend alternatives when necessary
* Support business planning and workforce scheduling for the department
* Assist in training initiatives for staff on design systems and product knowledge
* Promote efficient and cost-conscious working practices to support continuous improvement
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings or related industries
* Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
* Commercially aware with understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and customer buying trends
* Knowledge of home furnishing products and design tools such as IHP 2 or NAVISION (training provided if needed)
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
