Al-Futtaim is seeking a Home Planning Specialist to support customers with professional furniture and furnishing solutions in Dubai. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery and assembly. Core Duties
* Provide tailored home planning services for residential and small business clients
* Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
* Coordinate orders and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery and assembly
* Maintain customer satisfaction by handling post-delivery issues promptly
* Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless processes
* Schedule appointments, deliveries, and assembly work efficiently
* Monitor stock availability and advise customers on product options or alternatives
* Support kitchen department planning, budgeting, and workforce scheduling
* Participate in staff training on design systems and product knowledge
* Promote cost-efficient and continuous improvement practices within the department
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service orientation
* English fluency required; Arabic language skills preferred
* Commercial awareness with knowledge of KPIs and sales performance measures
* Familiarity with home furnishing products, customer preferences, and market trends
* Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Experience with planning or design tools (IHP 2, NAVISION) or willingness to learn
* Team player with ability to contribute to staff development and training initiatives
