What You’ll Do
* Provide professional home planning and furniture solutions tailored to customer needs for homes and small businesses
* Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance, reporting KPIs to management
* Coordinate orders with logistics teams to ensure timely
delivery and assembly with minimal disruption
* Follow up with customers post-delivery to maintain satisfaction and resolve any issues
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics for seamless communication and service delivery
* Manage appointments, delivery schedules, and assembly tasks to maximize efficiency
* Monitor stock levels and advise customers on availability, recommending alternatives when needed
* Assist in preparing business plans and budgets for the kitchen department, including workforce scheduling
* Support and train staff on design systems, product knowledge, and customer service practices
* Promote cost-effective practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the department
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings or related sectors
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
* Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships
* Commercially aware with strong knowledge of sales targets, KPIs, and market trends
* Familiarity with home furnishing products and design planning tools (IHP 2, NAVISION or similar)
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail
* Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions
