HRMS Executive - Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced HRMS Executive to join our team in Jeddah, playing a vital role in HR technology implementation and ongoing support. This role focuses on managing HRMS system configuration, data accuracy, and providing functional support to HR and business users.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development, customization, and implementation of HRMS across the organization
* Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data in the HRMS
* Manually update employee records and documents within the system to maintain consistency and avoid third-party file uploads
* Assign and manage HRMS access credentials for employees, ensuring secure and appropriate system access
* Collaborate with payroll, finance, and project teams to maintain data flow and alignment across departments
* Map and maintain internal workflow processes within HRMS for all users across departments
* Assist in generating reports and dashboards for HR and management use
* Provide end-user support for HRMS inquiries and resolve system-related issues efficiently

Job Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in HRMS or HR operations with a focus on system configuration and data handling
* Proficiency with HRMS platforms and a good understanding of data integrity and system administration practices
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and system vendors
* Good analytical and communication skills to support reporting and user training
