Role Summary

The role involves recruitment coordination, HR documentation, employee onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with payroll, admin, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do

* Prepare offer letters, collect joining documents, and coordinate new hire inductions
* Maintain and update HRMS with employee information, confirmations, exits, and transfers
* Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as issuing employment letters, tracking attendance, and managing ID card requests
* Coordinate with payroll, admin, PRO, and IT for smooth employee lifecycle processes
* Generate regular reports on headcount, leave balances, and employee status changes
* Organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and survey coordination
* Draft HR documents like warning letters, memos, and contract changes
* Ensure SOP and policy compliance in all HR operations
* Maintain clean and up-to-date digital and physical employee files for audit readiness
* Support HR audits and raise concerns or gaps proactively to senior HR staff

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or HR administration, preferably in retail
* Strong familiarity with HRMS systems, onboarding processes, and employee documentation
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Adept at cross-functional coordination with payroll, admin, and IT departments
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with reporting formats
