Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to vendors using Amazon systems and operational tools.
* Assist suppliers with purchase order management, shipment-related processes, and selection expansion.
* Guide vendors through catalog content creation, population, and procurement-related activities.
* Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve catalog or operational issues.
* Identify incorrect data, process errors, or missing information and support timely correction.
* Help vendors understand operational requirements and develop greater self-sufficiency on the Amazon platform.
* Support onboarding and practical training for newly engaged vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of work received, actions completed, and outstanding operational issues.
* Monitor vendor inputs that influence buying, availability, catalog quality, and inventory execution.
* Provide on-ground guidance when vendors encounter process or system challenges.
* Work with suppliers to improve consistency in purchase order and shipment execution.
* Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
* Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to organize, evaluate, and report business information.
