About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a talented Interior Designer to provide expert design services, assisting customers in selecting materials and furnishings while ensuring that projects align with budget, schedule, and client expectations from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine client goals and project requirements, providing tailored design solutions.
- Develop final design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Oversee material selection, ordering, and installation of design elements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate options to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while supporting business growth.
- Establish costs and project fees according to budget constraints.
- Specify materials and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and fixtures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
