Position Overview
The Inventory Executive role at Sharaf DG Dubai manages stock inflow and outflow between vendors and the warehouse, ensuring optimal availability, higher fill rates, and timely deliveries. This position coordinates closely with vendors and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory movement and support retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and control stock inflow and outflow between vendors and the warehouse
* Monitor order fill rates and coordinate with vendors to improve availability
* Schedule and coordinate vendor visits for stock receiving and picking
* Review purchase returns and coordinate with warehouse and vendors for timely pickups
* Act as the primary point of contact between vendors and warehouse teams
* Plan promotion stock requirements and ensure timely delivery to meet sales plans
* Drive higher fill rates and ensure zero pending returns at the warehouse
* Ensure vendors arrive on time as per agreed schedules
Ideal Profile
* Minimum two years of experience in retail supply chain or inventory roles
* Graduate qualification preferred with strong MS Excel skills
* Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent
* Experience in vendor coordination and inventory control
* Understanding of demand forecasting and stock planning
* Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
