Sharaf DG is hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with strategic B2B clients across the UAE. This role is focused on driving sales of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions. The KAM will own customer relationships, lead strategic account planning, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales performance targets.

Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will represent the full portfolio of IT and cybersecurity offerings to enterprise clients in sectors like government, hospitality, real estate, education, and financial services. Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-value B2B accounts, ensuring strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers

* Understand and assess evolving client needs, offering customized IT and cloud solutions

* Strong network of contacts across government, hospitality, education, real estate, and finance sectors
* Proven track record in strategic account management and exceeding sales quotas
* Graduate degree or equivalent required
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
* Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at C-level
* Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
* Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region
