Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose business and performance requirements through consultation with stakeholders.
* Translate identified capability gaps into brand-specific learning interventions.

* Develop facilitators, managers and delivery partners to extend the reach and consistency of learning programs.
* Establish clear coaching, accountability and facilitation standards across the delivery network.
* Create experiential learning activities such as simulations, business games and team-development events.
* Build digital learning journeys that sustain engagement before, during and after formal training.
* Apply instructional-design methods when developing content, exercises and supporting materials.
* Produce creative learning campaigns using visual storytelling, animation and digital design tools.
* Lead workshops and learning programs while maintaining high facilitation standards.
* Monitor delivery quality and address inconsistencies that may weaken learning outcomes.
* Develop stakeholder networks across brands, functions and operating teams.
* Present learning proposals and performance insights in a persuasive, business-focused format.
* Ensure development programs reflect the commercial realities of store and retail operations.
* Use Excel and reporting tools to evaluate participation, application and program effectiveness.
* Interpret learning data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Convert evaluation findings into practical enhancements for future programs.
* Encourage managers to reinforce new behaviors and skills in the workplace.
* Maintain disciplined execution across concurrent learning initiatives and business priorities.
Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate has at least seven years of experience in Learning and Development, organizational capability or a closely related field. A strong record of designing and implementing experiential solutions, including simulations, digital games and blended learning journeys, is essential.
The position calls for someone who understands the commercial and operational pressures of the retail sector. The successful candidate should be able to advise senior stakeholders, develop trusted working relationships and communicate complex learning concepts through clear visual narratives.
