Job Overview
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the learning management system (LMS), developing content, coordinating training with brand partners, and maintaining training records and MIS reports. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user access, course uploads, and performance tracking
* Develop engaging product content and quizzes to support learning outcomes
* Generate MIS reports on training effectiveness, participation, and learning analytics
* Coordinate with internal departments and brand representatives to execute the training calendar
* Capture attendance, assessment scores, and learner feedback for analysis
* Support content allocation, learner engagement, and continuous improvement of training modules
* Collaborate on L&D projects and contribute to new training initiatives
* Ensure training data is updated and aligned with compliance and performance goals
* Benchmark best practices and propose platform improvements
Job Requirements
* Graduate degree in any field
* 1–3 years of experience in L&D, LMS coordination, or HR operations
* Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
* Adaptable to new technologies and committed to high-quality deliverables
