Sharaf DG is hiring a Learning and Development Coordinator to support and manage the company’s LMS platform, training operations, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This Dubai-based role is ideal for someone passionate about content management, employee training, and digital learning platforms.

Job Overview
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the learning management system (LMS), developing content, coordinating training with brand partners, and maintaining training records and MIS reports. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user access, course uploads, and performance tracking
* Develop engaging product content and quizzes to support learning outcomes
* Generate MIS reports on training effectiveness, participation, and learning analytics

Job Requirements

* Graduate degree in any field

* Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
