Learning and Development Senior Trainer - Head Office
Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Learning and Development Senior Trainer to drive impactful employee development initiatives at its Dubai head office. This role is instrumental in designing and delivering training programs that foster skill advancement, cultural alignment, and career growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess both instructional expertise and a deep understanding of performance-based learning strategies in the leisure or hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver structured orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture
* Design customized training modules focused on behavioral, technical, and soft skills aligned with organizational competencies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs via job analysis, appraisals, and team consultations
* Monitor learning progress through assessments, feedback loops, and post-training evaluations
* Update training content regularly to reflect business goals and new practices
* Lead workshops and coaching sessions across functional and behavioral disciplines
* Promote continuous learning initiatives and support the implementation of a long-term learning strategy
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in training, education, or HR development
* 2 to 3 years’ experience in a training or learning and development role, ideally within entertainment, leisure, or hospitality
* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
* Proven expertise in facilitation, content development, and delivery of learning programs
* Ability to connect with diverse teams and drive engagement through impactful training
* Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles preferred
