**Position Overview**
Al-Futtaim is looking for a highly analytical and fashion-driven Lingerie Merchandiser to join our retail team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end merchandising lifecycle for the lingerie category—planning assortments, driving OTB decisions, analyzing sales data, and maintaining alignment with M&S UK’s visual and pricing strategies. Your goal will be to ensure the right mix of core and trend product to maximize sales, margin, and stock efficiency across MENA markets.

**What You’ll Do**
* Support business planning and delivery of KPIs including sales, cash margin, markdown control, and closing stock
* Assist with department-level sales forecasting, OTB planning, and option count by market
* Build detailed range plans, focusing on size-level availability, trend relevance, and color mix
* Prepare confidently for UK buying fairs and ensure assortments support both store and e-commerce growth
* Oversee replenishment and allocation strategies, manage trade reports, and support pricing competitiveness
* Participate in store visits, comp shops, and SWOT analysis to inform future buys
* Collaborate cross-functionally with store ops, VM, and marketing to ensure product sell-through
* Guide and coach assistant merchandisers and allocators toward career growth
**Candidate Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion buying or merchandising, preferably in lingerie or womenswear
* Strong understanding of regional market trends and customer behavior across MENA
* High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
* Exceptional planning, numerical, and analytical skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
* Self-driven, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity
* Prior experience with UK/European brands preferred
