Job Overview

As a Management Trainee reporting to the CEO’s office, you will be embedded in the core of 6thStreet’s executive operations. The role involves managing internal strategy processes, preparing business reviews, and ensuring execution of top-level business priorities across departments. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Organize recurring strategic reviews including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Function Reviews (MFR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sessions
* Coordinate cross-functional and external partner meetings; manage logistics, agenda setting, and follow-ups
* Conduct market and competitor research; deliver synthesized insights for executive decision-making
* Support leadership in tracking execution of key initiatives and strategic goals
* Prepare presentation decks, dashboards, briefing notes, and internal communication materials
* Follow up on action items across leadership teams to ensure timely execution
* Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive communication
* Work across teams including marketing, finance, product, and logistics to align business operations with strategic direction

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related discipline
* 0–2 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, or executive support role
* Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive and resourceful with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
* Passion for e-commerce, technology, or fashion retail is a plus
