Job Overview
As the Fulfilment Operations Manager, you will lead efforts to monitor, analyze, and enhance fulfilment operations across assigned countries. Your focus will be on improving KPIs such as on-time handover, order accuracy, pick rate, and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement areas, introduce system/process upgrades, and contribute to the growth of MAF Retail’s digital fulfilment network.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and enhance fulfilment metrics across all Carrefour stores in assigned regions
* Analyze operational KPIs including on-time delivery, complaints, picking quality, cost-per-order, and pick rate
* Monitor and adjust manpower allocation in line with projected order volumes
* Support country fulfilment teams through audits, performance reviews, and action plans
* Coordinate with country heads and senior stakeholders to align fulfilment operations with business objectives
* Lead the development and communication of new processes, system changes, and fulfilment innovations
* Contribute to the update and implementation of fulfilment-related policies and procedures
* Perform regular operational audits and data quality reviews to identify gaps and risks
* Provide strategic support for process improvements and continuous operational enhancements
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
* 9+ years of experience in e-commerce grocery operations, fulfilment, or product development
* At least 5 years of experience in the retail or e-commerce sector
* Proven ability in business strategy, product management, and operational analytics
* Deep understanding of fulfilment KPIs, warehouse processes, and systems improvement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Experience working in multi-country environments and cross-functional teams is preferred
