Role Context
The Marketing Executive - Brand Communications role helps expand the market presence of automotive brands by supporting campaign planning, content delivery, digital updates, CRM execution, and customer-facing brand activity. The role contributes directly to better campaign visibility, improved customer engagement, stronger offer communication, and consistent brand representation across digital, retail, and ownership channels.
The successful candidate will work with marketing executives, agencies, internal stakeholders, brand teams, and centres of excellence to keep campaigns moving on time and ensure marketing activity meets commercial, creative, and compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and support advertising, media, and campaign activity for automotive brand portfolios in the UAE.
* Prepare agency briefs, collect internal requirements, coordinate approvals, and follow up on campaign execution.
* Support media planning, campaign sign-offs, performance summaries, and reporting for internal committees and OEM stakeholders.
* Build, update, and manage social media calendars for campaign content, always-on communication, tactical promotions, product updates, and seasonal brand activity.
* Review creative assets and communication material to ensure cultural relevance, brand compliance, correct usage rights, and accurate product representation.
* Maintain representative website accuracy through regular audits, content checks, offer updates, product page reviews, and landing page publishing.
* Publish and update vehicle landing pages, tactical campaigns, product information, event content, and customer offers.
* Coordinate CRM campaigns from briefing to implementation, including customer segmentation support, Blue App integration, campaign testing, and results reporting.
* Support Owners Clubs, customer experience programmes, brand activations, MOPAR campaigns, accessories communication, and aftersales marketing calendars.
* Track marketing budgets, campaign spend, reconciliations, approvals, purchase documentation, and reporting records.
* Work closely with agencies and internal teams to resolve campaign delays, content gaps, technical issues, and brand compliance requirements.
* Prepare clear reports covering campaign delivery, media activity, website updates, CRM results, and marketing performance indicators.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience in a retail, automotive, customer-focused, or brand-led business environment. The role suits someone who has practical exposure to campaign coordination across paid media, social media, websites, CRM, and customer communications.
A graduate qualification in any discipline is required, while a Marketing qualification is preferred. A Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
The candidate should be confident managing several projects at the same time, working with limited supervision, and following through on campaign details until completion. Strong organization, accuracy, stakeholder communication, and agency coordination skills are important for this role.
