Key Responsibilities
* Maintain item master data accuracy and update system records as required
* Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely updates and execution
* Coordinate with vendors and buyers to confirm deliveries and order timelines
* Monitor vendor payment follow-ups in collaboration with finance teams
* Support open to buy tracking, highlighting budget utilization and gaps
* Assist in range planning by consolidating assortment data across categories
* Provide stock insights including store launches and warehouse allocation tracking
* Support promotional execution by validating stock availability and system readiness
* Execute pricing updates and ensure margin alignment across products
* Track shipments and coordinate with logistics teams to resolve delays
* Prepare daily and periodic sales reports with actionable insights
Ideal Profile
* 2 to 4 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or buying support
* Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail
* Understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through, margin, and stock turnover
* Experience with ERP systems or retail planning tools preferred
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong coordination skills across internal teams and external vendors
* Commercial awareness with focus on improving performance outcomes
