Online Merchandising Manager - Digital Commerce
Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is looking for an experienced Online Merchandising Manager to elevate digital retail performance through strategic content, technical execution, and data-driven optimization. Based in Dubai, this role will lead a team in crafting a seamless and engaging customer experience across web and app platforms—ensuring alignment with brand identity, commercial goals, and evolving e-commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the online merchandising strategy to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
* Manage categorization, filters, navigation, and search functionality to enhance user experience and improve site performance
* Plan and execute promotional calendars aligned with in-store campaigns and market trends
* Ensure all digital content reflects optimal product assortment, brand identity, and merchandising standards
* Support sustainability goals by contributing to the company’s Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy
* Develop new ideas and digital initiatives to boost engagement and sales through visual merchandising and enhanced UX
* Monitor digital innovations and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and competitiveness
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or Finance
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital merchandising, preferably within fashion or home retail
* Expertise in CMS, PIM tools, and working knowledge of SAP
* Strong analytical and creative skills to optimize online sales performance
* Excellent understanding of digital UX best practices and site merchandising strategies
* Familiarity with emerging e-commerce technologies and customer experience innovations
