Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication to ensure seamless store operations and coordination between departments.
- Work closely with buying and logistics teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor store facilities and maintenance within the operating budget to optimize costs.
- Manage SAP transactions to ensure system integrity and meet store service levels.
- Process store requests via Ariba, acting as the central point of contact for MENA stores.
- Ensure Retail Pro records are up-to-date in coordination with the IT team.
- Support IT integration and store development projects across MENA, including refurbishments, standardization, expansions, and new store openings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in an operational or administrative role.
- Experience in merchandising or storekeeping is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and POS systems, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
