Key Responsibilities
* Ensure availability of skilled talent to support business operations and strategic objectives
* Manage relationships with service providers and evaluate performance for contract decisions
* Contribute to departmental budgeting and resource planning activities
* Implement training programs and performance management systems across teams
* Support development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and initiatives

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
* Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred
* 5+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or recruitment
* Experience within retail environments preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

* Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, training, and performance management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to implement HR policies and drive organizational initiatives
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
