Personal Assistant to CEO Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Conduct research and gather information for meetings, projects, and reports.
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and business functions.
Run errands and handle personal tasks for the executive as required.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
Monitor and manage budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by the executive.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
