Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Personal Shopper to manage and grow a portfolio of VIP and high-value customers for THAT Concept Store. This role will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong luxury retail background, a network of high-profile clients, and the ability to provide tailored product recommendations that meet individual customer needs.

What You’ll Do
* Recruit and retain customers to meet monthly acquisition targets for THAT Concept Store.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier customers to enhance brand and personal loyalty.
* Identify client needs and recommend curated product selections to facilitate purchasing decisions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets across all categories through proactive selling and client engagement.
* Generate and prioritize sales leads, developing innovative selling approaches to drive revenue.
* Collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Digital Merchandising teams to stay informed on stock availability and upcoming collections.
* Provide VIP customer support, resolving issues promptly in coordination with the customer care team.
* Execute networking strategies to expand the client base and leverage personal contacts to drive sales.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Fashion.
* 3–5 years of luxury retail experience, including at least 3 years as a personal shopper or stylist.
* Established network of high-profile clients (black book).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
