Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an experienced and fashion-forward Personal Shopper to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive luxury sales across premium brands. This role involves managing a portfolio of VIP clients, curating personalized recommendations, and building brand loyalty in a dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Do
* Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, maintaining long-term relationships and personalized engagement
* Curate and present product recommendations tailored to individual client preferences, trends, and lifestyle needs
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth across all assigned categories
* Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and digital teams to stay updated on product availability, exclusives, and future launches
* Implement creative clienteling techniques and networking strategies to expand the customer base
* Support the resolution of issues raised by VIP clients in collaboration with the customer care team
* Utilize CRM tools and your own “black book” to track preferences and follow up with clients
* Champion the brand’s image through premium service and deep product knowledge
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in high-end retail, with at least 3 years as a personal shopper or stylist
* Strong network of luxury clients (black book required)
* Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
* Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fashion, styling, and customer care
* Confidence in building one-on-one relationships and delivering bespoke shopping experiences
