Private Brand Manager - FMCG Dubai UAE
Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Private Brand Manager to lead the strategy and performance of private label products across multiple categories. Based at Majid Al Futtaim’s Head Office in Dubai, this role focuses on developing innovative product ranges, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing profitability, optimizing sales, and implementing growth strategies both online and offline.

What You’ll Do
* Drive the development of private label products across assigned categories
* Ensure integration of private label strategy within overall merchandising function
* Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing, and Sales Development teams to prioritize product launches
* Manage marketing and communication strategies for product visibility online and offline
* Track KPIs related to category sales, profitability, and ensure corrective measures when required
* Oversee policies and procedures related to private label development and execution
* Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and strong customer experience
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
* 2 to 4 years of experience in product development and brand management
* Strong planning and organizational skills with a strategic mindset
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver measurable results
