Position Overview
The Process and Compliance Senior Executive role at Sharaf DG Dubai focuses on strengthening organizational governance through effective process documentation, compliance management, and internal audit practices. This position works closely with business teams to ensure processes are clearly defined, consistently followed, and aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with business teams to understand and document end-to-end operational processes in a clear and standardized manner
* Identify manual, high-risk, or inefficient processes and recommend improvement initiatives for standardization, simplification, or automation
* Embed controls within processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
* Maintain version control, approval workflows, audit trails, and centralized repositories for all process documentation
* Periodically review and update process documents to reflect business, system, or regulatory changes
* Plan and conduct internal audits to assess adherence to documented processes and quality standards
* Document audit findings, deviations, and improvement opportunities in structured reports
* Track non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely closure with process owners
* Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with ISO 9001 and quality management system requirements
* Provide regular reporting on process health, compliance status, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Minimum five years of experience in process management, compliance, quality, or operational excellence roles
* At least three years of hands-on experience in process documentation, governance, internal audits, or process improvement initiatives
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations management, quality management, engineering, or a related field
* ISO 9001 internal auditor or practitioner certification
* Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement qualification
* Strong process mapping and documentation skills with attention to detail
* Good understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit practices
* Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up abilities
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving and risk identification skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and process documentation tools such as Word, Excel, and Visio
