The Program Manager will help ensure that products listed on Amazon Now are accurate, searchable, informative, and easy for customers to evaluate. The role connects catalog operations with customer experience, analytics, automation, and technical problem solving.
Because product information directly influences customer trust and conversion, the position has a measurable impact on shopping quality and business performance. The manager will investigate catalog defects, identify root causes across systems and workflows, coordinate corrective actions, and drive scalable improvements with category experts, technology teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and compliant for both newly added and existing products.
* Review catalog content to confirm customers receive meaningful and correct product information.
* Identify and resolve issues affecting product visibility, search relevance, and customer buying decisions.
* Troubleshoot catalog and product flow problems and coordinate corrective actions across responsible teams.
* Reduce recurring discrepancies by improving operational processes and standard operating procedures.
* Work with vendors to establish efficient catalog setup, content maintenance, and issue-resolution processes.
* Partner with internal teams to improve tools and workflows used in catalog management.
* Conduct detailed data analysis to identify customer experience gaps and operational opportunities.
* Drive adoption of solutions that improve catalog accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
* Lead process improvement projects supported by automation and analytical findings.

Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
* Strong knowledge of SQL.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including array formulas and statistical functions.
* Experience using data to influence business decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to create process improvements through automation and analysis.
* Comfortable investigating complex operational or system issues in detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to move from root cause identification to practical resolution.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.

* Strong attention to detail when reviewing catalog information, reports, and performance metrics.
